Our process on DPF Cleaning and DOC Cleaning allows us to thoroughly remove the contaminants that is otherwise clogging your unit. While you can normally just "blow" these particulates out, this will not clean out the unit completely and you'd ultimately be doing this again months later fruitlessly.
This is why we have an automated kiln to help us burn out what ails your DPF and DOC. Doing this "burn out" allows the high temperatures to turn any remaining particulates to ash; making them easier to remove and completely clean out the filter. Normally; your vehicle would be able to do this burn out itself, but in some cases your vehicle cannot get hot enough for the regeneration process to take place.
From the burn out, we use a method of blowing it out in tandem with a high suction vacuum. Why do we that? This allows us to not only go through the filter once, but twice from both sides: ensuring a complete flow through the filter for that factory flow finish it was built for. This means that after is all said and done, your filter will be as close to how it was from the factory, retaining the value of the part and be good to go for use once more.
